2. Strategy

Lineup strategy Balanced Best three hitters at 1, 2 and 4, the next two at 3 and 5. Speed / small ball Fast, high-contact players at 1–2, a second leadoff in the last spot. Power Your big bats stacked back to back at 2–5, an on-base hitter leading off. Contact Contact hitters at 1–3 so the power bats at 4–5 come up with runners on.

Teams Method

Balanced deals players out by total rating (speed + contact + power), then swaps players until each team's average rating per player is as close as it can get. Averages keep it fair when one team has an extra player. Press again for a different mix.
